This automation project is developed with full‑process customization based on the customer’s actual production scenarios, focusing on product assembly processes, capacity planning and workshop layout conditions. The project covers pre‑project requirement research, solution demonstration, equipment structural design, component processing, complete‑machine assembly and testing, as well as logistics shipment and on‑site installation, delivering a full‑loop closed‑loop service. Rejecting generic standard equipment templates, targeted structural optimizations are carried out to meet the customer’s special assembly requirements, achieving high matching between equipment and production processes, and effectively solving practical pain‑points in enterprise production.

Under the traditional manual‑based assembly mode, numerous processes rely on manual labor, bringing long‑standing practical challenges. High staff turnover occurs in repetitive assembly positions, pushing up labor management costs. Individual differences in manual operations lead to unstable assembly consistency of finished products, which indirectly affects product yield. In addition, manual production has capacity ceilings. When order demands surge, rapid capacity expansion is difficult and restricts business growth.

After the custom automatic assembly lines are put into operation, a large number of repetitive manual operations can be replaced, freeing operators from monotonous assembly work. Stable mechanical structures perform assembly motions with unified operating standards, effectively avoiding quality risks caused by human errors and improving finished‑product consistency. Meanwhile, the equipment maintains stable production cycles to boost overall production efficiency. It helps enterprises realize quality improvement, cost reduction and efficiency gains in production, and promotes manufacturing upgrade toward standardization and intelligence.

At present, all equipment positioning and installation work has been completed at the customer’s plant. Our technical service team will carry out on‑site commissioning. Using the customer’s actual production materials, we will verify operating parameters item by item, optimize equipment workflows, check all assembly indicators, and complete full‑machine validation in strict accordance with the customer’s production standards. This ensures stable and reliable formal production and lays a solid hardware foundation for the customer’s capacity expansion.

With years of R&D accumulation in non‑standard automation, our business covers core tracks of minimally‑invasive surgical instruments and optoelectronics, and we provide tailored automation solutions for customers across various industries. In the minimally‑invasive surgical instrument sector, we develop complete automatic assembly, testing and packaging lines for precision consumables including trocars, ligation clips and veress needles, catering to high‑demand assembly scenarios for tiny precision parts. For the optoelectronics industry, we realize automatic feeding, assembly and testing for components such as lighting bulbs and connectors, addressing industry pain‑points of assembling micro‑components. In the new‑energy sector, we have delivered custom transducer chip assembly equipment. We will further expand our layout in new‑energy automation customization, developing dedicated equipment for assembly and encapsulation of new‑energy components to support production‑line iteration for new‑energy enterprises.

No matter which industry our customers belong to, we always base our work on product processes, workshop conditions and capacity targets, providing one‑stop services from solution design, equipment R&D and manufacturing, to delivery, installation and on‑site commissioning. Custom automation solutions are developed according to each customer’s product features, capacity goals and factory conditions.

Going forward, we will continuously enhance our technical capabilities and empower more enterprises to achieve production upgrade with reliable automation equipment. Should you have requirements for custom automation lines or production‑line retrofitting, please feel free to get in touch with us to explore smart manufacturing solutions together.
